A. Background Verification – DelvedIn consulting services shall not be responsible for background verification of the candidate.
B. Out of pocket Expenses – Expenses incurred by the Consultant in arranging for the interview meetings of candidates for the Client viz. Trunks/ STD/ISD calls, Telex, Telegrams, Phonograms, Fax, Courier, etc. shall not be charged to the Client unless specially agreed to in writing on for special search cases.
C. Correspondence with the Candidates – All correspondence with the candidates including interview scheduling shall be the responsibility of the Consultant. The Client will send information of a Candidate rejection to the Consultant, and it shall be the responsibility of the Consultant to inform the Candidates accordingly.
